The United States will reopen its borders with Mexico and Canada to fully-vaccinated travellers from November.
In a press release, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mentioned it is going to permit journey for non-essential functions by way of land and ferry crossings.
From January subsequent 12 months, authorities would require proof of vaccination for any journey over these crossings, important or not.
